Creative Experience Design

AYMA Signature delivers Creative Experience Design as part of its integrated experience and event engineering offering. It turns the client’s goals and messages into an idea, a design, and a space that can be executed. The service starts by understanding the need, moves through building the concept and creative direction, and ends with designing the visitor journey and preparing the designs and plans. We do not treat design as standalone decoration. We treat it as part of a complete experience that must achieve a clear goal for both the audience and the client.

What the service includes

Depending on the project scope, AYMA handles:

Analyzing the client’s request and project goals

Preparing the Client Brief

Building the experience concept and creative direction

Developing the visual identity of the experience

Designing the visitor journey and zoning the event layout

Preparing 2D and 3D designs

Preparing executive plans and drawings

Defining the technical and operational scope

What makes it different from traditional production services

The key difference is that AYMA does not work as a traditional production contractor waiting for a list of items to execute. Instead, it operates as a strategic and operational layer across the entire project, following a four-stage methodology:

Define

Goal & Need Definition

Architect

Building the Experience Structure & Audience Journey

Engineer

Transforming the Idea into a Feasible Technical & Financial Scope

Control

Managing Execution, Quality & Risk

Can we request only one part of the service?

Yes. AYMA can be engaged for a specific part only, such as concept development, experience design, 3D design preparation, vendor management, technical supervision, event-day management, or similar. In such cases, a responsibility matrix is prepared to clearly define the roles of AYMA, the client, and all other parties.

How pricing is determined

The price of each project is determined by a set of factors, including: the requested service scope, attendance, venue size, event duration and operating days, location and city, design and customization level, build and fabrication volume, audio, lighting, and screen systems, hospitality and entertainment, operations team size, installation and dismantling hours, permits, insurance, and safety, logistics, transport, and storage, required quality and materials, schedule constraints, VIP and protocol requirements, and filming and media production.

Pricing does not depend on a single factor such as attendance or venue size alone, because each factor affects different cost elements. Attendance influences hospitality, seating, gifts, manpower, registration, security, and transport, while venue size affects décor, flooring, walls, lighting, electrical work, printing, and equipment. There is no single standard that applies to all projects.

Packages or custom proposals?

AYMA primarily works on a custom-proposal basis because every project has different objectives, audience, venue, and budget. However, fixed packages are available for some recurring services, such as concept and design development, 3D design, technical supervision, event-day management, launch events, and documentation and media production.

Custom proposals

Full-scale events are always priced after reviewing the request and preparing a custom scope of work.

Partner network and quality assurance

AYMA works with a network of suppliers, manufacturers, production companies, talent, and specialized partners, and uses a Vendor Intelligence System within the AXOS platform to evaluate vendors across technical, operational, financial, and legal performance, quality, safety, and schedule and cost compliance. Regardless of how many execution partners are involved, AYMA remains the client’s single point of contact.

Items typically not included

Unless explicitly stated in the approved scope of work, the service typically does not include: venue rental, government and permit fees, electricity, insurance, and organizer fees, food and beverage, accommodation, travel, and transport, artist/celebrity/speaker fees, gifts and promotional materials, external security or medical services, and any changes or additional work after the design and scope have been approved.
