Scope of Services
AYMA Signature provides experience and event engineering services within a clearly defined scope for each project, documented through a Scope of Work and a tailored financial proposal. No service or item is considered part of the agreement unless explicitly stated in the scope approved by both parties.
Contracting Process
Working with AYMA follows these stages:
Receive client request
Prepare client brief
Issue scope of work (SOW)
Approve and sign agreement
Execute, manage the project via AXOS
Discovery session to define requirements
Prepare creative concept
Prepare financial proposal
Receive initial payment
Closeout, delivery, and final report
Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated in the approved scope of work, our services do not include the following:
Venue rental
Power, insurance, and organizer fees
Accommodation, travel, and transport
Gifts and promotional materials
Revisions requested after design and scope approval
Government and permit fees
Catering, food, and beverages
Artist, celebrity, and speaker fees
External security or medical services
Additional work due to venue or schedule changes
Changes & Additional Work
Any revision requested after design and scope approval, or any additional work resulting from venue or schedule changes, is subject to a separate review and may require additional cost or timeline, which will be agreed upon before implementation.
Intellectual Property
All creative ideas, designs, and plans prepared by AYMA Signature during the proposal and concept stages remain the intellectual property of the company until they are approved and formally contracted, and may not be used or executed by any third party without written approval from AYMA.
Communication & Responsibility
AYMA Signature remains the client’s single point of contact and responsible party throughout the project, even when specialized partners or vendors are engaged to deliver parts of the project scope.
Policy Updates
AYMA Signature reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after any update constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised terms.
